Located in the heart of New York State, on the site of the Sunoco Agri-Business complex in Volney, New York, the facility will supply 60 tons of malt per week, or 2,000 tons of malt annually, making it one of the largest craft malting facilities in the United States.

Made from 2-row New York winter barley, 1886 Pale Ale Malt is both well modified and low-protein. It’s a great choice for the traditional ale brewing technique and top fermentation. It also behaves well with a variety of brewing methods.
